Community Involvement
PEL strives to be a good corporate citizen. Our goal is to provide employment and contribute to the economy in Baker Lake. We also support our youth and elders through sponsorship of local events and sports teams.

PEL sponsored the 2013 Kivalliq Youth Camp which took place August 9-11. The camp was for youth of the Kivalliq region to share feelings and experiences and express themselves on the issues and consequences of suicide.
